Mr Anthony Smith to Mr John Thorp and his Trustee, Release being a Conveyance in fee of a Messuage Mill Land and Premises at Badsey County of Worcester with Assignment of a term of 1000 years to attend the Inheritance. Anthony Smith, the son of Joseph Smith, sold the mill for £1200 to John Thorp, a silk manufacturer from Coventry. Also includes: (A) Typed transcript of deed; (B) Laminated summary of deed contents for display purposes. Transcript on the Badsey website, www.badsey.net/mill/deeds.
