1819 - Mortgage in Fee of Badsey Mills, John Thorp to Robert Lunn

Description

Mr John Thorp to Mr Robert Lunn of Norton and Lenchwick, Mortgage in Fee of Badsey Mills in the County of Worcester for securing £1500 and interest at £5 per centum, in order to fund the conversion of the corn mill into a silk mill. He erected a very large and substantial brick building nearly adjoining the old Mill, on part of the land called the Naite.
