2 copies of a printed catalogue containing 24 pages of information for: “Bengeworth, Aldington, Badsey and Wickhamford: Important Sale of Freehold Properties situate in the parishes of Bengeworth, Badsey and Wickhamford, in the Vale of Evesham, and known as The Wickhamford Estate, comprising 631 acres of valuable garden land, pasture land and ash coppices, 36 modern dwelling houses, in the village of Wickhamford and on Pitcher’s Hill, and 3 cottages, the whole producing a gross rental of £1,832. To be sold by auction by E G Righton & Son in 85 lots, by order of the Trustees of the will of the late Captain J P Lord at the Town Hall, Evesham, on Monday 15th September 1930 at 2 for 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Tucked into a flap at the back is a coloured map, drawn up by Raymond Webb, Surveyor, Evesham, July 1930, based upon the Ordnance Survey map.
