Copy draft of a tenancy agreement for Wickhamford Parish Room and Working Men's Club between the trustees (Reverend William Carmont Allsebrook of Badsey Vicarage; George Albert Agg of Wickhamford, Market Gardener; Frederick Ingledew Hooper Ingledew of [blank]; Arthur Edward Lord of 3 Foregate Street, Worcester, Esquire; Reginald Spencer Lord of 3 Foregate Street, Worcester, Esquire; George Crompton Lees-Milne of Wickhamford Manor House, Esquire; John Mason (the younger) of Badsey, Market Gardener; James de Radclyffe Openshaw of Bowers Hill, Badsey, Market Gardener; Hubert Lindsell Richards of [blank]; and Robert Taylor of Pitchers Hill, Wickhamford, market gardener) acting by Arthur Edward Lord of the one part and the Wickhamford Parish Room and Working Men's Club of the other part, whereby the Trustees agreed to let the Club from 25th March 1926 on a quarterly tenancy at the annual rent of 1/- to be paid to the Vicar, subject to the Vicar having exclusive use of the building on all Sundays between 9 am and 5 pm for the purpose of a Sunday School, and on all Wednesdays.
